3. Stratagize: How are we going to eliminate the gap?
4. Projectize: What activities will we be doing? Who will do them? How much will it cost?

Sho-Look into federal funding and grants to support us financially.
Karen-contact different builder in the area to locate one that is willing to put our product out there in one of their spec homes.
Tonissa-As project leader you will have your administrative assistants (that would all of us) provide progress reports on a weekly basis. Collect data on where we are and generally keep up on track.
That is a great way to look at it! Well for this weeks progress report. We are going to start compiling ideas for the presentation and PP. I will have the rough draft set up for next weeks class and if we get enough time where everyone can stay we can go to the computer lab to work on it. Otherwise I can bring a printed copy of the PP and we can write notes on that!
