Innovation Cycle
1. Visualize: Where are we going? What will we look like? Why are we going there?
2. Measure: What is a quantifiable gap between where we are and where we want to be?
3. Stratagize: How are we going to eliminate the gap?
4. Projectize: What activities will we be doing? Who will do them? How much will it cost?
5. Orchestrate: Preform project activities while simultaneously meeting the demands of today's business.

To eliminate the gaps we will need to hook up MIT technology who has been working on wireless technology for almost 2 decades. With their assistance we can make this project happen.
ReplyDeleteFinancial is another gap we need to take into consideration. I previously noted that because this will reduce cost and be energy efficient we will have access to government funding to get the project off the group.
