1. Visualize: Where are we going? What will we look like? Why are we going there?
2. Measure: What is a quantifiable gap between where we are and where we want to be?
3. Stratagize: How are we going to eliminate the gap?
4. Projectize: What activities will we be doing? Who will do them? How much will it cost?
5. Orchestrate: Preform project activities while simultaneously meeting the demands of today's business.

Not all appliances

Saftey and the green components of this project are a big plus for us. This I beleive would get a lot of investors interested in the "new wave" of the future. As for cost for the low income- middle income families maybe we can get the government backing this and they can create grants for certain income levels just like they did for the recent TV upgrade to digital?
ReplyDeleteYes I think this would open up eyes of the world towards future progress. Government backing and approval would be great like the TV converter boxes were last year. A discount from the government.
