1. Visualize: Where are we going? What will we look like? Why are we going there?
2. Measure: What is a quantifiable gap between where we are and where we want to be?
3. Stratagize: How are we going to eliminate the gap?
4. Projectize: What activities will we be doing? Who will do them? How much will it cost?
5. Orchestrate: Preform project activities while simultaneously meeting the demands of today's business.

The picture do take me a while. I upload a pic of myself as a follower and it ended on the main page. It wasn't there when I tried to set it up?! So it must take a while to upload. I am not sure how to change the "comment as" name either? It looks like all of the comments were made by me:) Hee Hee. So we will need to sigh at the end of each.
